Elizabeth Charpentier

Elizabeth’s work throughout her career has included drafting and negotiating agreements, coordinating tender processes and drafting all related documentation, liaison with various Government and private stakeholders, compliance management, managing intellectual property issues and property assets, and approving marketing collateral and terms and conditions.

Elizabeth’s legal career began at a major Melbourne City-based Firm where she worked across a variety of practice areas, including Energy Resources & Infrastructure. Elizabeth then moved her career in-house to the Melbourne 2006 Commonwealth Games Corporation and the Australian Grand Prix Corporation. Elizabeth also worked with Linfox Logistics, bolstering her commercial-legal experience.

Over the past decade, Elizabeth has also worked as Director/Secretary and Management Consultant with “JCL Management” in the procurement and management of energy supplies for Government, commercial and industrial users. This has earned her particular skills and experience in the energy industry, and she has worked with legal teams to provide that energy-legal background to tie commercial and legal issues together.
