Nadia Peters

Nadia has over 25 years of legal, commercial and management experience gained in both private practice and working in-house.

Having worked for several years as a lawyer in medium to large city law firms, Nadia’s areas of practice were predominantly retail and commercial leasing, acquisitions and dispositions of retail sites and shopping centres, city buildings and also smaller properties and included the conduct of due diligence.

Then moving in house to one of Australia’s biggest national retailer, Nadia’s experience broadened as she drafted terms for ‘greenacre’ and existing sites, from the commercial and strategic perspective of subsidiaries of a publicly listed company. After two years she took the position of Shareholder Relations Manager within the company secretariat where she assisted at top level with annual general meetings, various corporate actions including share buy backs and liaised between shareholders and board members.

Nadia then took a position with a Retail Management business associated with a substantial property lender working Lease Administration Manager where she was responsible for a team of lawyers and paralegals who conducted the lease work for over 30 shopping centres around Australia. More recently, working for a barrister, Nadia has gained knowledge of litigation processes.

These days Nadia offers her broad experience without her practicing certificate, to assist in matters where administrative or paralegal skills are required.
